Diriyah Gate Unveils First Premium Homes in Manazel AlHadawi

New Residential Launch Marks Major Milestone in Diriyah’s Transformation into A Modern Heritage-Driven City.

The vast Diriyah Gate project has taken a significant step forward with the official unveiling of 239 premium homes in its new residential area Manazel AlHadawi, the first homes released as part of the masterplan’s transformative phase.

The properties range from one-bedroom studio apartments to four-bedroom duplexes, with two- and three-bedroom units in between. Prices start from SAR 1.6 million. These residences are designed with a thoughtful blend of traditional Najdi, reflecting centuries-old Saudi architecture and contemporary design standards, delivering a living experience that honors heritage while offering all the comforts of modern urban life.

According to the developer Diriyah Company, this marks the beginning of a much larger residential vision; over 18,000 homes planned to host more than 100,000 residents in what the company refers to as Diriyah’s “City of Earth.” The project aims to offer not just housing but a holistic, people-centric urban ecosystem, a live-work-play environment, enriched with smart-city infrastructure and deep cultural roots.

At the same time as the residential launch, Diriyah Company announced major contract awards totalling US $1.5 billion (SAR 5.7 billion), spanning residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. Among them, contracts for office spaces within the Media & Innovation District, expansion of the Manazel AlHadawi plots, and critical roadworks on King Khalid Road stand out for bolstering connectivity and supporting the district’s future growth.

For the Kingdom, Diriyah Gate with its blend of heritage, culture, and modernity signals the kind of urban transformation envisioned under Saudi Vision 2030. By integrating living, working, leisure and cultural spaces, it aims to set new standards for urban living while preserving the soul of what is the birthplace of the first Saudi state.
