INSIDE AMAALA’S LUXURY DELIVERY STRATEGY

RED SEA GLOBAL ADVANCES ITS FLAGSHIP REGENERATIVE DESTINATION INTO THE DELIVERY PHASE.

As Saudi Arabia accelerates its Vision 2030 ambitions, Red Sea Global (RSG) is transitioning its ultra-luxury destination AMAALA from years of meticulous planning into full-scale delivery. With nine hotels scheduled for completion by the end of Q3 2026, the project represents a pivotal milestone for one of the Kingdom’s most ambitious regenerative tourism developments.

Triple Bay spans 12km of pristine Red Sea coastline

Located along the pristine northwestern Red Sea coast, AMAALA’s Triple Bay development spans more than 12 kilometers of coastline, blending world-class hospitality with wellness, culture, and environmental stewardship. The first phase will deliver just under 800 hotel rooms alongside approximately 350 branded residential assets, setting a new benchmark for low-density, high-impact luxury development in the region.

According to Stephen Cheeseborough, Head of Development at Red Sea Global, AMAALA’s luxury strategy is rooted in intentional design and long-term value creation rather than scale. Every asset has been curated to support the destination’s positioning as a global wellness and lifestyle hub, appealing to discerning travelers seeking immersive, transformative experiences.

Regenerative tourism at the core of AMAALA’s vision

The development approach prioritizes regenerative tourism, ensuring that AMAALA enhances the surrounding environment rather than depleting it. From responsible construction methods to renewable energy solutions and marine conservation initiatives, sustainability is embedded into every phase of delivery. This philosophy aligns with RSG’s broader mandate to demonstrate that luxury tourism and environmental responsibility can coexist.

AMAALA’s hospitality portfolio will feature a collection of internationally renowned luxury brands, each selected to complement the destination’s wellness-led ethos. These hotels are designed to integrate seamlessly with the natural landscape, offering uninterrupted sea views, private beaches, and architecture inspired by the region’s heritage.

As construction activity intensifies, the shift into delivery also signals growing confidence in Saudi Arabia’s high-end tourism market. AMAALA is expected to attract a global audience while creating long-term economic value through job creation, skills development, and private-sector partnerships.

With delivery momentum now firmly underway, AMAALA is emerging not only as a cornerstone of Red Sea Global’s portfolio but also as a defining symbol of Saudi Arabia’s next chapter in luxury, sustainability, and destination development.
