Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. Has been awarded four contracts for water quality improvement projects in the Eastern Region from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture – General Directorate of Water Services in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The total contract values are SAR 1.8 billion.
Comprising engineering, procurement, and construction of strategic transmission lines and distribution networks, pumping stations, and strategic reservoirs
The following projects are included in the contract portfolio:
- Dammam Water Improvement Project – North Strategic and Distribution Networks and Reservoirs: Contract value SAR 504.8 million. The contract period is 24 months.
- Dammam Water Improvement Project – South-East Strategic and Distribution Networks and Reservoirs: Contract value SAR 592.2 million. The contract period is 30 months.
- Khobar Water Improvement Project – North-South Strategic and Distribution Networks and Reservoirs: Contract value SAR 499.3 million. The contract period is 30 months.
- Qatif Water Improvement Project – South-East Strategic and Distribution Networks and Reservoirs: Contract value SAR 258.7 million. The contract period is 30 months.
These water quality improvement projects will be carried out by Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co., and will comprise engineering, procurement, and construction of strategic transmission lines and distribution networks, pumping stations, and strategic reservoirs.
The projects locations are in Dammam, Khobar, and Qatif.
