Dur Hospitality Co. Has awarded a contract for the expansion and development of Rixos Jeddah Resort to the Al Murshid Group Contracting Co. in a deal worth SAR181.7 million. The duration of the project is 18 months.

The scope of works takes in the expansion and development of a 174 hotel room, including the gardens, outdoor infrastructure and swimming pools. The resort also has two restaurants, a health club, an integrated children’s club, and banquet halls.
The contract is part of Dur Hospitality Co.’s strategic plan to enhance its position and leadership in the hospitality sector in the Kingdom, with the aim of developing Rixos Jeddah Resort to become the chosen destination in the city of Jeddah.
