Beyond the Waves, Beyond Compare: Explore Limitless Horizons
Led by Italy’s Luca Dini Design & Architecture, the island’s design is inspired by the coral reefs and waterscapes of the Red Sea that surround it. It comes as no surprise, therefore, that IGY Marinas is partnering with NEOM to develop and operate what will be, in all probability, the most prestigious marina in the Middle East.

Perfectly positioned as a glamorous gateway to the Red Sea, Sindalah will be the closest ultra-prime superyacht marina to Europe and the Mediterranean. Expected to become an iconic destination for the world’s yachting community, the maritime facility will offer 86 berths for yachts up to 50 meters and additional serviced offshore buoys for superyachts up to 180 meters.
A luxury escape where enhanced nature and inspiring architecture converge
Tom Mukamal, CEO of IGY Marinas, said: “Sindalah perfectly integrates with IGY’s global vision to connect the world’s most incredible yachting destinations across our growing marina network. The addition of NEOM to the IGY platform provides superyacht owners, captains, and charter guests with unrivaled destinations, service, and convenience. IGY is tremendously excited about the opportunity to promote this amazing new destination to the international yachting community.”
The Red Sea’s long-awaited first ultra-prime superyacht destination
Opening in 2024, there is no doubt that Sindalah will be a new destination for one-of-a-kind nautical and yachting experiences, which goes a long way to explaining why the global leader in superyacht concierge and maritime agency services, BWA Yachting, is establishing an office there.
Appointed as the ‘Key Partner Superyacht Agency in NEOM,’ BWA Yachting’s office will provide services for the world’s most spectacular luxury vessels as Sindalah becomes the Red Sea’s long-awaited first ultra-prime superyacht destination.
Paschalis Patsiokas, CEO at BWA Yachting, said: “We are honored and excited to be invited by NEOM to establish our presence within this groundbreaking project. At BWA Yachting, we are committed to providing world-class services to superyachts visiting Sindalah and eagerly look forward to creating captivating NEOM itineraries and delivering extraordinary experiences for our clients in this spectacular new destination.”
