In a statement, the Saudi Real Estate Company said it has awarded a contract to Mohammad Al-Ojaimi Contracting for infrastructure networks and related works in Riyadh’s Al-Qadisiyah district.
The value of the contract is SAR 119.8 million ($31.9 million).
The project scope of works includes design, approval and implementation of the infrastructure works, including road works, paving and asphalting of streets, electricity networks, street lighting networks, telephone networks, water and firefighting networks, sewage networks, and flood drainage networks on a plot area of 1,913,399.61m2.
The duration of the project is 17 months.
