Al Saedan Real Estate Company has announced the signing of an agreement to implement the ‘Stage Center’ project in Riyadh. The construction contract was awarded to First Saudi Contracting Company and Arabtech Jardaneh & Partners for engineering consultations.
The Stage Center Project will be located on King Fahd Branch Road in Riyadh’s Al-Morouj area, in the northern section of the city. Commercial shops, a five-star hotel, international restaurants, and contemporary offices are all part of the complex.

The project is to be built on an area of 8,250m2 with a total floor area of 5,300m2.
Marriott International, Inc. previously stated that it has struck an agreement to open three hotels across Saudi Arabia with the Al Saedan Group, a renowned real estate business in the Middle East.
