By October 2024, the group reported that it had also opened 12 new properties, expanding its portfolio to an impressive 345 hotels. With these recent signings, the Indian Hotels pipeline now stands at 115 properties slated to open within the next few years.

Among the major international developments is the recently signed 150-room Taj Diriyah Gate in Saudi Arabia, marking its footprint in the Middle East.
