Maven Insights successfully hosted the 8th PAForum in Riyadh, bringing together HR, People Analytics, and workforce strategy leaders from across the GCC. As the region’s first dedicated People Analytics forum, PAForum continues to provide a critical platform for dialogue on the most pressing challenges shaping the future of work.


This year’s Forum, held on 19 November at the Mövenpick Hotel Riyadh, focused on the theme “The Silent Replacement, Rethinking Employability in the Age of AI.” The event welcomed more than 100 participants, reflecting growing regional interest in data-driven, people-centered workforce strategies.
