National Building and Marketing Company has entered into a significant partnership with Al-Fayzia Real Estate Development Company to develop a series of office and residential towers. These towers will be a part of Al-Fayzia’s ambitious Al Raed project.
This collaboration aims to blend modern architectural design with state-of-the-art construction techniques to create a vibrant and dynamic urban space. The development will not only provide high-quality living and working environments but also contribute to the economic and infrastructural growth of the area.
In a statement published on the Saudi Stock Exchange, the company announced that the three-year contract is valued at $80 million. This agreement highlights National Building’s strategic vision to enhance its portfolio and solidify its presence in the competitive real estate market.

The contract includes carrying out the infrastructure and superstructure works, constructing, finishing, implementing and supplying all project building materials, and undertaking administrative follow-up and implementation of all related services until the project is ready for investment. The projects, whose location was not disclosed, will be developed according to the specifications of the Saudi Building Code and the Saudi Housing Ministry.
