WILD: Women in Leadership Deliver, the pioneering female networking platform is back leading a ground breaking event in Riyadh. The special event to celebrate International Women’s Day, takes place on 4th March, 6pm-8.30pm at the new VOV gaming centre, ROSHN Front. The ALL STAR panel consists of diverse female leaders, both Saudi Nationals and expats, moderated by Emma Burdett, WILD Founder.
“We are thrilled to be holding this special IWD event in Riyadh again. Last year, WILD took over the VOV Gaming Center in the Zone and created a huge, impactful event, which everyone still speaks about in the Kingdom. It had tremendous feedback from all who attended, providing a platform for women to inspire and have a voice,” says Emma.

As the region gears up for the much anticipated Vision 2030, a key component is gender equality and a desire for 30% of females in leadership. The Saudi state’s pledge to this investment is more than just a promise, it is a key driver for the Kingdom’s ongoing transformation.
“Women’s networks are a vital component of achieving gender equality. Women can come and be heard in a safe space, feel supported, and find natural access to role models and mentors. The work we do through WILD is pivotal in attracting and retaining female talent and is in line with the Kingdom’s Vision,” explains Emma.

Participants can expect to network with both existing and future leaders in the region. The event will highlight the significance of creating communities in which women can engage, connect, be heard, and prosper, all critical elements in the pursuit of gender equality.
