International Hospital Construction Co. (IHCC) has been awarded a contract worth SR223.3 million by Middle East Healthcare Co. (Saudi German Health) for a hospital expansion project in Jeddah.
IHCC will build a 14-clinic outpatient tower and increase the number of beds available for inpatient clinics at Saudi German Hospital Jeddah by 207. The project will be financed through bank loans and own cash resources, with construction slated to be completed within 36 months. The company had previously announced, in June, that Saudi German Hospital Makkah, a multi-specialty tertiary care facility with 300 beds and 100 outpatient clinics, had been completed.
