With an unwavering belief that education is the cornerstone of sustainable progress, Layla has dedicated her career to creating pathways of opportunity for young Saudis. At RSG, her work is focused on developing educational and vocational programs that empower communities, nurture youth, and prepare the workforce of tomorrow. Her initiatives have already created more than 2,000 life-changing opportunities, with nearly 1,000 leading directly to jobs across Red Sea Global’s landmark destinations.
Her mission is clear: every young Saudi should have the tools, confidence, and skills to contribute meaningfully to the Kingdom’s future. Guided by this vision, Layla has become a powerful advocate for investing in people alongside preserving the environment, two priorities at the very heart of Vision 2030.
