Red Sea Global’s Layla Alamri leads with impact, vision, and heart.
In the heart of Saudi Arabia’s transformation, Layla Alamri stands as a shining example of how purpose-driven leadership can shape a nation’s future. As the Education Senior Manager at Red Sea Global (RSG), she is not only designing talent pipelines but also building bridges between ambition and achievement, helping translate Saudi Vision 2030 into lived reality.
With an unwavering belief that education is the cornerstone of sustainable progress, Layla has dedicated her career to creating pathways of opportunity for young Saudis. At RSG, her work is focused on developing educational and vocational programs that empower communities, nurture youth, and prepare the workforce of tomorrow. Her initiatives have already created more than 2,000 life-changing opportunities, with nearly 1,000 leading directly to jobs across Red Sea Global’s landmark destinations.
Her mission is clear: every young Saudi should have the tools, confidence, and skills to contribute meaningfully to the Kingdom’s future. Guided by this vision, Layla has become a powerful advocate for investing in people alongside preserving the environment, two priorities at the very heart of Vision 2030.

Beyond her strategic role, Layla is widely recognized for her mentorship, particularly of young women navigating careers in industries that have traditionally been male dominated. She inspires by example, showing that leadership is not defined by titles but by the impact one makes on others.
Basil Bassam Ahmed Afasha, CEO at BASSAM Ahmed Afasha Agency for Maritime Transport, praised Layla’s leadership on LinkedIn, commenting: “Truly inspiring! Layla’s dedication to empowering youth and fostering sustainable growth perfectly embodies the spirit of #Vision2030, proving that real leadership is measured by the lives you touch and the opportunities you create.”
Layla also shared a heartfelt response to Yasmin Baides, Chief of Staff to the CEO of Red Sea Global: “Thank you, Yasmin Baidas, for taking the time to highlight my journey. It’s a privilege to be part of this transformation and to work alongside people who are equally committed to creating meaningful, lasting impact. Without the trust I received from John Pagano, Ahmad Darwish, Tim Williams, and Zehar Filemban, I wouldn’t be privileged to experience this outstanding mission. I would like to deeply and immensely thank my true leader Fadi Alaseri, who believed in me and empowered me. Together, we led the way to impact youth and create life-changing opportunities. Big thank you also to the outstanding Education and Capability Building team who makes the impossible possible.”
“Education is more than knowledge—it is empowerment,” she often reminds her colleagues. And in both her professional and personal life, Layla lives by that principle. Steady, selfless, and deeply committed, she serves as an anchor for her family, her peers, and the next generation of Saudis whose futures she continues to shape.
In a rapidly evolving Kingdom, Layla Alamri represents the kind of leadership that ensures progress is not only measured in projects but in people.
