Near Abha International Airport, the soon-to-be-unveiled Al Kharj venture will be nestled between Abha and Khamis Mushait, encompassing an impressive built-up area of 79,000m2. Alongside its eight unique developments, this site will house a family entertainment center, providing visitors with an extensive range of activities, including arcade games and virtual reality experiences.
SEVEN is developing an entertainment location in Yanbu too, with a value in investment of over SAR 1.1 billion ($293.27 million). The project is a joint venture between Al Bawani Co and UCC Saudi, with construction having already commenced.
