TSX Times Square is the first entire-building immersive experience in the heart of Times Square. L & L created a concept that will have fully-integrated retail, entertainment, hospitality, Times Square’s only permanent outdoor stage and new real-time digital customer engagement capabilities.
We worked with L&L to scope out a brief for visuals, animation, cinematography & film for press and PR. We then went a step further by creating bespoke IP presentations for potential occupiers, reshaping the building in the mould and branding of potential blue-chip occupiers & globally recognised brands. In each case, we storyboarded, illustrated and visualized the above spaces.
Lastly, we created a fully interactive digital twin model of Times Square, allowing for unparalleled access to the project for potential occupiers via online presentations, delivered through our cloud platform Luna. The project has received major global exposure, including gracing the cover of the Commercial Observer and receiving coverage on NBC and other major broadcasters.
