Arabian Centres Company, Saudi Arabia’s largest owner, developer, and operator of contemporary lifestyle centres, has announced the launch of its newest lifestyle development, Jawharat Al-Khobar Mall.
HRH Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud signed a lease and investment contract with the company for an area of approximately 300,000m2 in Al-Kurnaish district, north of Al-Khobar city.

The Mall, which is located on Al-Kurnaish beach in Al-Khobar city, has a spectacular view of the Arabian Gulf and is set to open before the end of 2026. It will provide a fully immersive lifestyle destination, bringing together luxury retail brands, a diverse range of dining concepts, and extensive entertainment options such as cinemas and arcades. It will also house some of the world’s most prestigious fashion brands, as well as landscaped green areas, an artificial lake, and a walkway. The sites will provide a truly unique visitor experience to Al-Khobar and the Kingdom. The project will also include mixed-use facilities.
Jawharat Al-Khobar is the eighth development in the company’s pipeline and the sixth in the Eastern Province.
