Built Industrial Company, a subsidiary of Ladun Investment Company, has secured a SAR 185.38 million project award for the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY), covering the procurement, construction, and all the necessary work to build the headquarters of the Royal Commission (HQ) in Jazan City for basic and transformational industries.
This new HQ consists of a building area of approximately 28,697m2, which will ultimately accommodate in the region of 1,500 employees.
Further work takes in landscaping and site development on an area of roughly 7.4 hectares, which will go towards producing a fully functional and operational facility.

The project was awarded on 7 January 2024 and the signing date is expected to be one calendar month later on 7 February.
