Ladun Investment Company has announced that one of its subsidiaries – Built Industrial Company – has captured a key contract from the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) for a community housing project within the second phase of Jazan City for Basic and Downstream Industries.
The contract, worth $27.4 million, will see Built Industrial provide design and construction services.

Earlier in October, Ladun, said Bafco, a subsidiary of Built Industrial Company, had secured a contract worth $18.7 million)for a resort project in Amaala. The scope of work includes implementing aluminum and facade works at the Rosewood – Triple Bay development.
