Cayan Group, a real estate investment and development company, has announced a partnership with Neom for a second Hampton by Hilton hotel in a signing ceremony at the International Hospitality Investment Forum (IHIF) in Berlin, Germany.
The deal was inked by Hilton president and CEO Chris Nassetta and Cayan chair Ahmed Alhatti, with the agreement stating that Cayan would fully fund and develop the hotel. Hilton Middle East & Africa Development vice-president Carlos Khneisser said: “We’re delighted to be working again with Cayan Group to add another great Hampton by Hilton to our growing portfolio in Saudi Arabia.

Construction is anticipated to commence soon, with the Hilton-managed hotel set to open at the beginning of 2025.
