Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has begun construction on its Tabuk entertainment destination. With a development value of more than SAR 1 billion, it will alter the region’s entertainment environment with a diverse range of activities and experiences.
The destination to be developed as a community set amid gardens and leisure spaces on King Faisal Road, is spread across 72,500m2 of built-up area and 40,000m2 of land.

Our entertainment destination gates will support the local economy, create job opportunities for the city’s people, and enrich the lives of those living in and visiting Tabuk.”
SEVEN’s entertainment destination in Tabuk will also include an e-karting experience, an indoor adventure golf course, a 10-lane futuristic bowling experience, and a 10-screen cinema
Visitors will be offered a broad array of attractions, including a 4,000m2 highly immersive family entertainment center, a second junior family entertainment center for the little ones, as well as a Discovery Adventures center; an indoor attraction that provides a unique edutainment experience that integrates Discovery content developed in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery.
SEVEN is investing more than SAR 50 billion to build 21 entertainment destinations in the Kingdom.
