INC KSA, an award-winning design and build firm, has delivered high-performance workplaces for global names including Amazon, EY, and Pfizer, as well as major local clients such as PIF, King Salman International Airport Development Company (KSIADC), and the Ministry of Sport. Within the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) alone, the firm has completed 36 projects.
Now, INC KSA turns its expertise inward, creating a new 900 m² office that reflects its own culture, pace, and approach. Having outgrown its previous single-unit space, the firm has expanded to occupy the entire third floor, marking a milestone for the largest team within the wider INC Group.
While INC KSA is renowned for its client-focused work, this project brings the same attention to its own people. The office is designed around the concept of “Echo,” a layered idea that considers how conversations, decisions, and movement leave a lasting impression on a space. Public, semi-private, and private zones flow naturally across the floor plate, balancing collaborative areas, quiet work zones, and shared moments in a rhythm that supports the day-to-day activity of the team.
Materials and furniture play a central role in reinforcing this approach. Bespoke soft seating, tailored meeting tables, and fully customized height-adjustable executive desks ensure comfort, functionality, and aesthetic cohesion. Lighting, layered textures, and reflective surfaces subtly enhance depth and openness, while sustainability is embedded in practical ways, from motion-sensor energy efficiency to ongoing recycling partnerships with Tadweer.
Recently recognised with ‘Best Interior Design Concept of the Year: Office Highly Commended’ at the CID Saudi Awards 2026, the INC KSA office exemplifies the firm’s commitment to thoughtful, adaptable, and highly tailored work environments.
