Diriyah Company has awarded a $2.13 billion (SAR 8 billion) joint venture contract to Urbacon Saudi Co. and Al Bawani Co. Ltd. to develop four luxury hotels and the prestigious Royal Diriyah Equestrian & Polo Club as part of the Wadi Safar masterplan. Construction is set to begin soon, marking a key milestone in the region’s transformation.
The luxury hotels, including Aman, Six Senses, The Chedi, and Faena, will deliver exceptional experiences to visitors from Saudi Arabia and beyond. The Royal Diriyah Equestrian & Polo Club will further enhance the area’s offerings by creating a premier center for equestrian excellence, celebrating Saudi Arabia’s rich equine heritage.
Wadi Safar to become a luxury destination for global visitors.
Diriyah Company’s Group CEO, Jerry Inzerillo, emphasized the importance of this contract, noting that it represents the largest project awarded by the company to date. “This partnership accelerates our plans for Wadi Safar, contributing to our vision of offering world-class luxury and cultural experiences,” Inzerillo said.
