Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) has announced that its subsidiary, Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Company (Binyah), has been awarded a $145 million Diriyah Gate Company contract to design, construct, test, and commission the P3 car park project in the Northern Cultural District.
The car park will comprise a minimum of 2,000 parking places spread across four basement levels, covering an area of 100,000m2, according to a statement issued to the Saudi stock exchange by Al Akaria.

Construction of a reinforced concrete building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work, a smart parking control management system, and a guidance system are all part of the scope of work. The duration of the contract is 548 days.
