Dur Hospitality has awarded the contract related to the construction of a luxurious residential compound on King Khalid Road in Riyadh to Al Murshid Contracting Group Co. The value of the contract is SAR 82.5 million and the total area to be developed is approximately 30,000m2.
The project will consist of the building of 75 luxury and distinctive residential villas of various sizes, as well as landscape works, and will be built according to the most up-to-date specifications and requirements for smart villas. The contract includes the completion of all construction, finishing, and electromechanical work, and the duration of the project is 18 months.

The project is distinguished by its proximity to the northern gate of Riyadh’s diplomatic quarter, as well as the offices of some of the country’s most powerful government agencies and ministries.
