Egis, a French project management and engineering firm, has opened a new office in Riyadh, the firm’s largest in the Middle East and its third in the Kingdom, where it employs 800 people and is engaged on 25 projects.
Laurent Germain, Egis Group’s chief executive, explained: “The decision to invest in the Riyadh office is a logical step as we strive to support the Kingdom’s plans to diversify the economy and invest in the country’s transformational strategies for infrastructure, transport and logistics. Some of the most ambitious programmes in the world are in Saudi Arabia and it’s critical that we meet our clients’ needs.”
