Zeljka Velickovic is a dynamic and results-driven executive who currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Mikro Kontrol, one of Serbia’s leading engineering firms in industrial automation. The company ranks among the world’s top 100 System Integrator Giants, as recognized by Control Engineering Magazine.
Zeljka holds a degree in Foreign and Domestic Trade from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade. Her diverse and distinguished career spans finance, procurement, internal controls, marketing, and sales, culminating in her current leadership role in automation. She has worked extensively with international corporations such as US Steel, Gazprom’s NIS Gazprom Neft, and Zepter, across regions including the US, EU, and the Middle East.
Zeljka’s ability to bridge cultures and industries is matched by a tireless commitment to corporate ethics and performance. Known for her energy, integrity, and strategic mindset, Zeljka has continually delivered outstanding business results while fostering a strong value-driven approach.
In addition to her corporate roles, Zeljka has made her mark in real estate, founding a boutique agency in Belgrade and later moving to Dubai as a Sales and Business Development Director in the luxury property sector.
Today, her focus as CCO of Mikro Kontrol is to collaborate on landmark automation projects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, bringing innovation and excellence to the forefront of the region’s industrial transformation. With her rich experience and passionate leadership, Zeljka continues to shape the future of engineering and automation in the Middle East.
