Architecture Dialogue focuses on innovative design solutions that challenge the conventional interpretations of space and function. Accessible and approachable, the firm has created a working environment that is welcoming yet professional, for both clients and the people who work here. “We are a practice of enthusiastic architects who have come together with the intention of making a positive impact on our urbanscape,” explains Principal Architect Sreenath Vinay. “We address the needs of our clients, with an architecture that is changing and ever-evolving, responding to context and challenging conventions. We transform spaces in a way that is sustainable, and that enriches life and wellbeing.”
Stepping Stones of Dhahran
The firm has been part of many exciting and prestigious projects, including the 10,000m2 Stepping Stones of Dhahran. The architectural style and planning on this project are inspired by the world heritage site, Jeddah, the Gate to Makkah. The traditional typology of shaded streets with filigree fenestration, solid masonry walls and terraces are interpreted in contemporary planning and form.
The solid whites create a contextually appropriate style that is rooted in history and reinterpreted for a modern aesthetic and use. The lead architects on this project, Vikram Desai, Harpreet Kaur and Sreenath Vinay, have ensured that with great care and understanding for heritage and tradition, they have created the grounding for contextually appropriate architecture that looks towards the future.
With offices in Saudi Arabia, India and England, Architecture Dialogue’s architectural portfolio consists of a broad range of project types, including residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, restaurants, hotels and resorts, mixed-use developments, and refurbishment, conservation, restoration and interior design.
Whatever and wherever the project, Architecture Dialogue believes in challenging limitations and then exceeding them.
The firm wants to push the boundaries of design within the given setting so that it goes beyond its contextual limitations. The entire team is committed to carrying out work that generates wellbeing, is sustainable and works towards building a better future. In short, it creates ‘Good Architecture’, where good is not a subjective term but a term that defines efficiency, sustainability, elegance and simplicity.
Architecture Dialogue takes pride in its ability to provide its clients with the finest professional services available, allowing it to design projects that have purpose and meaning. The firm is looking forward to a bright future and is ready to apply its expertise to the next series of projects in its continually growing portfolio of iconic buildings.
