The Avenues Riyadh’s foundation stone has been laid by Shomoul Holding Co., a subsidiary of Kuwait’s Mabanee Company.
The total cost of the project will be roughly $3.73 billion. The project will cover a total built-up area of 1,800,000m2, with a land area of 390,000m2 and a leasable area of 400,000m2. It will include international hotels, apartments, residential, medical clinics, offices and parking lots for about 15,000 vehicles.

The project will be developed with some of the finest designers in the world, as well as the highest criteria for environmental preservation and sustainability aspects and LEED certification from the American Green Building Council.
