A Strategic Move to Strengthen Growth and Talent Development in the Region
HKA has reaffirmed its commitment to Saudi Arabia and the Middle East by opening a prestigious new office in Riyadh’s iconic Kingdom Centre. This expansion marks a significant milestone in HKA’s two-decade presence in the Kingdom and sets the stage for continued growth and regional collaboration.
A Hub for Talent and Innovation
Located on the 16th floor of the 99-story Kingdom Centre tower, the new office is positioned as a hub for industry-leading expertise, fostering a collaborative and diverse work environment. The move aligns with HKA’s long-term strategy of attracting and developing both local and international talent.
“As well as attracting global experts to the region, we have a strong focus on finding homegrown talent to nurture future leaders of HKA and the construction sector,” said Jad Chouman, HKA’s Partner and Head of Middle East.
The firm has made diversity and inclusion a priority, steadily increasing the number of women and Arabic speakers within its workforce, while also continuing to recruit top-tier professionals to support its work on Saudi Arabia’s groundbreaking Giga projects.

A New Regional Headquarters in Riyadh
With a permanent and expanding team in Saudi Arabia, HKA’s new Riyadh office serves as the base for its Regional Headquarters (RHQ).
“With our growing team permanently stationed in Saudi Arabia and numerous colleagues frequently traveling from the region and our global network of offices, we are delighted to have established the base of our RHQ in the prestigious Kingdom Centre in Riyadh. The entire team is enthusiastic about this strategic move.” – Jad Chouman
This expansion follows HKA’s RHQ status recognition in 2024, granting the firm a license under Saudi Arabia’s RHQ program. This allows HKA to engage in large-scale public projects, further strengthening its role in Saudi Arabia’s ambitious Vision 2030 transformation.
