Initial has announced the appointment of Rami Abdulaziz AlMaddah as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant step in the company’s continued growth trajectory.

Rami brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience in Saudi Arabia, spanning facilities management, real estate, transportation, retail, banking, and industrial sectors. He has built a strong reputation for driving business growth, organizational transformation, governance, and operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Rami has led corporate strategy initiatives alongside digital and financial transformation programs within complex organizations. His leadership approach emphasizes performance improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and the development of strong stakeholder relationships, enabling sustainable, long-term success.

He has also demonstrated a proven ability to navigate regulatory frameworks, ensure Saudization compliance, and secure high-value contracts. By leveraging data-driven decision-making, Rami has consistently delivered multi-million SAR revenue growth, while optimizing asset utilization and enhancing workforce efficiency through technology integration and innovation.
