Malahi Leisure has signed three momentous agreements with real estate developers, including a deal with Al-Mutlaq Real Estate Investment Company (AREIC) to lease 2,626m2 space at the lively Joy Avenue complex in Riyadh. Secured on a new 15-year lease, this will be the new home for Malahi’s ‘1Noos’ children’s soft play experience.
Malahi Leisure has also signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with Retail Real Estate Co and Emaar The Economic City, which will see Malahi’s self-operated arcade games moving into exciting new territories. Contactless payment can be made directly with the machines too, establishing a new point of reference in customer experience.
Founded just last year, Malahi Leisure operates numerous entertainment sites across the Kingdom with brands that Fizz, Lambie, Wonus, and Duos. These brands are transforming the leisure experience and delivering new family-friendly concepts to a young and ever-growing population.
