In line with the relentless efforts of the National Housing Company, the investment arm of the Ministry of Housing, to meet the housing requirements of Saudi families, Maximiliano Development Management Services (MDMS), a key player in the growing construction industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announced its participation in the promotional and sales operations of two residential developments, Ruwaa Project in Al-Jawan suburb in Riyadh and Maylaa Project in the Suburb of Khayala in Jeddah.
This step comes to enhance property supply all over the Kingdom as the two projects offer more than 1800 villas and townhouses for the beneficiaries of the Sakani program in Riyadh and Jeddah. The new developments feature schools, kindergartens, healthcare centers, mosques, governmental facilities, recreational services, parks, and green areas.
Over 90% of residential units in the Ruwaa Project in the Al-Jawan suburb of Riyadh and the Maylaa Project in the Suburb of Khayala in Jeddah have been sold
The National Housing Company launched the Ruwaa and Maylaa projects with the aim to enhance its response to the increasing demand for housing in the Kingdom, especially in the big cities, as the Ruwaa Project is set to provide over 1,000 residential units spanning over 780,000m2 in the Al-Jawan suburb in Riyadh, whereas the Maylaa Project, located in the suburb of Khayala in Jeddah, spans over 400,000m2 with plans to offer more than 800 residential units.
Eng. Marwa A. Murad, Managing Director of Maximiliano Development Management Services (MDMS) says: “We are proud to have been chosen to create all the promotional material for the Ruwaa Project in the capital city of Saudi Arabia, including 3D videos and graphics. We also oversaw the sales operations for the Ruwaa Project’s units through the ‘Murcia’ interactive center, and for the Maylaa Project’s units through the Comprehensive Sakani Center in Jeddah. I am glad to say that we have been able to sell over 90% of the projects’ units within a record period.
“The residential developments feature integrated communities with end-to-end services and amenities to guarantee high-quality life for residents”
“The residential developments feature integrated communities with end-to-end services and amenities to guarantee high-quality life for residents. The launch of these projects comes to boost property supply in the Kingdom as part of a series of projects the NHC, the investment arm of the Ministry of Housing, is putting forward. The two developments feature a plethora of layouts and floor areas for favorable prices with various guarantees, some of which can last up to 25 years, to meet the different requirements of families. The success of these projects underscores the pioneering and active role the NHC plays in collaboration with other specialized entities to build more projects that address families’ needs for home ownership with the help of the Sakani program while providing residential neighborhoods that cater to these needs of the Saudi citizens all over the Kingdom.”
Meanwhile, the National Housing Company continues its efforts to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by building residential suburbs distinguished for their dynamic communities and high standards of living as part of its commitment to enhance property supply and offer suitable housing for Saudi citizens. Big suburban areas are now considered ideal urban blueprints for providing major residential developments that offer sustainable investment opportunities while modernizing all aspects of life, including recreation, sports, and culture.
