Naturally, such a high-end destination requires high-end designers, manufacturers, and contractors, and at The Zone, Italian company Mirage was at the top of the list of the firms it chose to turn to, a business that has been designing and producing porcelain stoneware floor and wall tiles for clients in more than 160 countries for over 50 years.

The Zone was a multifaceted project in terms of both its concept and construction, with Mirage creating a custom-made product for the floor – each tile measuring 45cm x 90cm and having a thickness of 20mm – while also providing technical and operational support. Indeed, Mirage endeavors to create a ‘complete project’ whatever it is working on, covering everything from the creation of designer materials with a low environmental impact to offering broader solutions focused on creativity, social well-being, and sustainability.
