MYCRANE Appoints Aziz Amri to Lead KSA

New director strengthens sales and marketing strategy as MYCRANE expands crane rental and trading operations in Saudi Arabia.

MYCRANE, the global digital platform for crane rental and procurement, has appointed Aziz Amri as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, strengthening its commercial leadership as the company expands across the Gulf region.

Supporting Vision 2030 infrastructure growth

Based in Riyadh, Aziz will oversee MYCRANE’s market strategy in Saudi Arabia across both its crane rental platform and MYCRANE Trading division. His role will focus on supporting contractors, developers, and industrial clients as the Kingdom accelerates infrastructure development under Vision 2030.

Aziz’s appointment follows the recruitment of Sudheesh Mohan as Head of Sales and Marketing in 2025. Mohan is responsible for leading commercial operations at MYCRANE Trading’s headquarters in Dubai and has been instrumental in developing the company’s structured trading operations.

Aziz brings extensive international experience in heavy equipment and OEM markets. Over the course of his career, he has held senior sales and marketing roles across North America, Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa. His professional background includes leadership positions at SANY Canada and SANY International, as well as Electromag-Graybar and EBI Electric.

Throughout these roles, Aziz led go-to-market strategies, brand positioning initiatives, dealer network expansion, and revenue growth programs in highly competitive industrial sectors. His professional experience across China, Canada, and emerging markets has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the heavy equipment value chain—from manufacturing and distribution to end-user engagement.

Andrei Geikalo, MYCRANE founder and CEO.

“Aziz’s broad international OEM and industrial background, combined with his proven ability to deliver structured commercial growth across diverse markets, makes him ideally positioned to accelerate our development in Saudi Arabia,” said Andrei Geikalo, MYCRANE founder and CEO.

“His appointment, closely following Sudheesh joining the business, positions MYCRANE to deliver complete crane procurement solutions from rental platform access to equipment trading with local expertise supported by international resources.”

Sudheesh brings more than 20 years of experience across the Middle East and Africa, including over 13 years focused specifically on heavy equipment sales, business development, and operations. Prior to joining MYCRANE, he held senior roles at The Manitowoc Company, where he worked extensively across the MEA region on key account development, dealer management, and market expansion.

At MYCRANE, Sudheesh leads customer engagement, inventory procurement, and the overall sales strategy for the trading division. His appointment has been a key factor in the company’s evolution from a purely digital marketplace into a full-service equipment provider offering physical inventory, structured sales operations, and after-sales support.

Saudi Arabia remains a strategic market for MYCRANE as the Kingdom invests heavily in infrastructure, industrial development, and large-scale projects aligned with Vision 2030. In his new role, Amri will work closely with contractors, developers, and fleet owners to provide access to MYCRANE’s crane rental platform and trading inventory.

Jebel Ali facility anchors regional equipment supply

The appointment also supports MYCRANE’s wider expansion strategy, which includes the launch of MYCRANE Trading’s Jebel Ali facility in Dubai and the arrival of the company’s first physical equipment inventory in January 2026.
