The National Housing Company (NHC) has launched its pioneering integrated living project ‘Sadayem’ in North Obhur in Jeddah. The Sadayem neighborhood covers a total area of over 3.8 million square meters and accommodates in excess of 8,000 residential units, including villas, apartments, and townhouses.
Its interconnected structures feature architectural concepts influenced by the Hijazi region’s distinctive characteristics, providing a comfortable and luxurious living environment for approximately 40,000 residents.
NHC’s most recent ultra-luxurious home development is strategically placed east of Al Buhairat city, close to the Red Sea coast, and accessible to a variety of important facilities and significant future developments.
Sadayem is an extension of the numerous residential communities and suburbs previously established, which has been created to increase the real estate supply in line with the aspirations of the Housing Programme and Vision 2030.

The pathways allow access to all surrounding services, green spaces, essential facilities, and amenities, delivering an innovative living environment close to the coast.
The sale of properties in Sadayem will begin on 24 July with the Phase One villas being priced from SR800,000 ($213,126).
