The much anticipated WILD Leadership Mastermind kicks off in mid-February and has already caused a stir in the market. WILD group witnessed a gap in the market to bring together senior females and business heads.
“Having been in the region for over ten years and leading the WILD community for six years, I have been privy to many conversations with female leaders. More often than not, many women have endured an arduous journey of challenges to reach a senior position. In particular, bullying, less access to resources, being talked over in meetings, and less pay than male counterparts.”
Emma explains that women at the top care about creating change for future generations of female talent.
“Women in these senior positions care about making a difference and creating change for the younger women climbing the ranks in their careers. We want to ensure they don’t have to go through the challenges we did.”
The WILD Leadership Mastermind, in partnership with Saudi Projects, is a think tank for high-level female leaders to come together and challenge the status quo. This compelling initiative has garnered support from like-minded females in the private sector, such as Jena Ladhani, the newly appointed Managing Director at CBRE in Saudi Arabia (Part of Dar Al Riyadh).
“This collaboration with WILD enables the culmination of a powerful manifesto for change, challenging the status quo, ensuring we are creating and supporting the future leaders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aligning perfectly with CBRE values – Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence and Dar Al Riyadh compass of People, Accountability, Collaboration, Trust & Integrity, Excellence.
The WILD Leadership Mastermind supports my personal purpose here in KSA, and I am proud to be part of this dynamic think tank of female leaders.”
The WILD Leadership Mastermind has diverse female leaders from various backgrounds joining.
“This think tank represents diversity with a variety of different backgrounds. I can’t wait to see the results, it is an exciting time for WILD and our WILD community of female leaders in the region right now.’ Says Emma, WILD Founder.
One participant is joining from London. A well-known fashion designer originally from Afghanistan and who grew up in Saudi Arabia, Somy
Somy has built a fashion brand fueled by resilience and originated from adversity. Somy weaves in her personal journey, using her platform as a canvas for change.
“WILD deeply inspires me, and I am excited to be a part of the Leadership Mastermind as it offers a powerful forum for senior women to break barriers and redefine norms”, says Somy.
“I hope to bring a different perspective to this unique group through the lens of fashion. I firmly believe that dressing fashionably isn’t just about looking good; it embodies the confidence to pursue our dreams fearlessly. I aim to harness the power of fashion to amplify my leadership impact and drive positive change for women.”

Adding a different perspective is Paula Newby, Founder of CEO of PREDIXA (An AI diagnostic tool to assess the DEI gap analysis of a company).
“I am thrilled to be part of the WILD Leadership Mindset program since gender equality is needed in today’s business landscape now more than ever. Diversity brings different perspectives and ideas to the table that can be further enhanced through the correct use of new technologies. Moreover, the evidence is clear – equality promotes fairness and social justice, contributing to a more inclusive and better society. The momentum continues, and the WLM is part of this movement.’
Saudi projects will document and publish the various findings, closely keeping track of the leadership mastermind’s findings.
“Being part of this think tank means being part of a community that is committed to making a difference, and I am keen to contribute to this purpose.”
