QSAS launches Alsirah Gardens project in Saudi Arabia

QSAS complements other PIF investments in the entertainment and leisure sector.

HRH Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of the Madinah Region, has laid the foundation stone for the Alsirah Gardens project, a flagship initiative of QSAS, the PIF company developing immersive storytelling experiences inspired by Saudi heritage and Islamic history.

The Alsirah Gardens cultural destination in Madinah focuses on sirah, also known as the Prophetic Biography, through innovative experiences that integrate nature, architecture, spirituality and knowledge. It will provide visitors, pilgrims, and Umrah performers with a unique opportunity to delve into the key moments of the sirah, presented through a contemporary lens.

It is an extension of the “Alsirah” brand, encompassing the Journey to Quba experience along with Bustan Al-Mustadal, which together form the core foundation of this broader development. Upon completion, the Alsirah Gardens project will have capacity for 10 million visitors annually, creating a world-class destination.

Eng. Yasser Al-Dawood, Chairman of QSAS, emphasized that investing in cultural experiences is a fundamental pillar in fostering awareness and strengthening local identity. He noted that the project will generate significant economic and social impact by creating high-quality job opportunities, empowering national talent, supporting small and medium enterprises, and enhancing quality of life.

He expressed his gratitude and appreciation to HRH the Governor of the Madinah Region for his patronage and presence at the inauguration. He affirmed QSAS’ commitment to continuing its work on pioneering projects for visitors to Madinah from around the world.

QSAS complements other PIF investments in the entertainment and leisure sector, including the Diriyah giga-project and Dan Company. It aligns with the objectives of the Pilgrim Experience Program, a Vision 2030 initiative, and the National Tourism Strategy to attract 150 million visitors annually by 2030.
