Notably, 80 percent of the rooms will provide breathtaking water views of the Red Sea. With direct beachfront access and a swimmable coastline, the resort will also offer a wide range of wellness, sports, and outdoor activities.
AMAALA’s first phase, centered around Triple Bay, is scheduled to welcome its first guests in 2025. The initial development will include eight resorts with over 1,400 hotel rooms. Upon completion, AMAALA will feature more than 4,000 hotel rooms across 30 hotels, along with 1,200 luxury residences, high-end retail, fine dining, and world-class wellness facilities.
