Red Sea International Co. today announced a significant strategic milestone as its subsidiary, The Fundamental Installation for Electric Work Co., has signed a framework agreement with the King Salman International Airport Development Company relating to the enabling works for the transformational King Salman International Airport Project.

The agreement, signed on 18 February 2026, establishes the general terms and conditions under which future enabling works will be awarded and carried out. These works, to be delivered through subsequent call-offs, work orders, or purchase orders issued under the framework, will encompass the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems required during the airport’s enabling phase.

With a projected duration of 48 months and financial impacts beginning in the first quarter of 2026, this agreement underscores Red Sea International’s growing footprint in major national infrastructure developments and highlights its subsidiary’s reputation as a leading contractor in the Saudi construction and engineering market.
