Nominations are now open for RICA 2026 – REDS Industry Choice Awards, Saudi Arabia’s Premier Real Estate Choice Awards, taking place on 12 November 2026 at The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah.
Built around an open nomination and industry-led voting process, RICA provides the real estate community with an opportunity to put forward the individuals, projects and companies they believe are setting the standard across the industry.
There is no cost to nominate or vote, keeping participation open to the industry and recognition centered on merit.
18 Awards Across Three Categories
RICA 2026 will recognise achievements across Individual, Project and Company Awards.
- Individual Awards: Investment Head of the Year; Development Head of the Year; Architecture Head of the Year; Projects Head of the Year; Interior Design Head of the Year; General Manager (Luxury Hotel) of the Year; and CEO of the Year.
- Project Awards: Sustainable Project of the Year; Wellness Project of the Year; Residential Project of the Year; Hotel Project of the Year; and Mixed-use Project of the Year.
- Company Awards: Development Company of the Year; Investment Company of the Year; Architecture Company of the Year; Interior Design Company of the Year; Contracting Company of the Year; and Hotel Operator Company of the Year.
An Advisory Board of Industry Leaders
Supporting the nomination process is the RICA 2026 Advisory Board, bringing together senior leaders from across real estate development, hospitality, architecture, design, consulting and project delivery.
