Binyah, a key subsidiary of Saudi real estate group Al Akaria, has obtained an SAR 374 million contract from the Diriyah Gate Company to carry out enabling works at its DG II project site.
A leading Saudi company that is owned 60% by Al Akaria, Binyah is a major player in the infrastructure development sector being a specialist in the construction of roads, bridges and tunnels, as well as the laying of oil and gas pipelines, constructing stations and main lines for water distribution and sewage stations. It is also involved in marine construction and associated works such as the building of port docks and the demolition of buildings.

Binyah will oversee the execution works of the DG II area, including site preparation, earthworks of cutting, filling, demolition, compaction, and other associated works, according to the agreement.
The entire enabling works project will be completed in 548 days.
