In an effort to bolster its standing as a major hub for international trade, the largest economy in the Arab world, Saudi Arabia, has introduced five new visas to draw in investors and highly qualified workers.
According to Majid bin Alkassabi, the head of the Saudi Arabian board of the Premium Residency Centre, the “premium residency products” are in keeping with the Kingdom’s objectives to promote economic transformation, generate job opportunities, and boost knowledge transfer. The recently introduced visa categories for talented individuals, real estate owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and extraordinary talent will provide holders with “unparalleled opportunities for settling in Saudi Arabia.”

The specialized visas “offer a wide range of benefits to holders, including the ability to conduct business, own real estate, obtain work permits for holders and family members, and many more advantages.” However, he omitted information about how long the new special visas would last and how much investors and business owners would have to pay to get them.
“The doors to all premium residency products are open to those who can add value to the national economy and actively participate in Saudi Arabia’s rapid development journey under Saudi Vision 2030,” Alkassabi concluded.
