SSH has announced that it has won a project award for a Diriyah luxury hospitality venue, the Diriyah Sales Center, with the scope of work including the development of concept design and providing design guardianship to protect the design intent of the project throughout construction.
The Diriyah Sales Center is located roughly 500 metres east of the ancient town centre, adjacent to Al Bujairi. Since 2017, the Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) has been in charge of the region, which is part of the Diriyah Gate master plan, a mixed-use destination aimed at becoming Saudi Arabia’s premier historic, cultural, and lifestyle destination.

The Diriyah Sales Center will be an immersive, ultra-high-end hospitality and exhibition venue. It will be a free-standing, purpose-built structure that will provide a dynamic exhibition for potential investors (land and real estate buyers, leasing clients, and others) in the Diriyah area, showcasing the tremendous investment opportunities within the overall DGDA administration area, which includes both Diriyah Gate and the exclusive Wadi Safar community to the west.
The Diriyah Sales Center is to be constructed on a plot area of 19,000m2
The Diriyah Sales Center is to be constructed on a plot area of 19,000m2, with a BUA of 2,450m2 and a maximum height of 12m built over ground and first floor levels.
“It is an honour for SSH to have been appointed by a prestigious client such as the DGDA,” said Arkam Alshaikhly, Design Principal at SSH. “As we’ve delivered several luxury hospitality projects in the past, we are confident that this one will meet the client’s expectations.”
