The New Murabba Development Company (NMDC), with the support of the PIF, is seeking participation from the best contractors globally for their groundbreaking project, Mukaab. An icon and cornerstone of Riyadh’s New Murabba mixed-use development, the Mukaab will feature the latest immersive technologies and will be one of the largest built structures in the world.
NMDC anticipates that 2024 will be a year of significant progress for this landmark project. The tasks for this project include excavating nearly five million cubic meters of material, starting the permanent piling works in Q2, and tendering the raft foundation and main works packages in 2024. Each will mark a significant milestone in the destination’s progression.
