A new 700m2 central medical facility was officially opened on 24 March 2021 in The Red Sea Project’s Construction Village Housing Complex. Delivering dedicated medical care, including primary health care and emergency care, the facility has an emergency room, laboratory, and pharmacy. Medical services will be provided through a centralized operator and delivered by a full suite of doctors and nurses operating according to Saudi and international standards.

The central ‘hub’ medical facility, as well as satellite clinics at construction worksites across the development, are being created, managed, and operated by International SOS – Al Rushaid. Medical services at remote sites are being delivered through mobile containerized facilities, which can easily be relocated across the development as construction progresses. This approach allows TRSDC’s workforce to access facilities as required and leaves little to no impact on the environment.
TRSDC is going beyond international guidelines and setting new standards for the welfare of workers in the region
TRSDC has also opened a dedicated fire station serviced by two fire trucks.
In every area of endeavour, TRSDC is going beyond international guidelines and setting new standards for workers’ welfare in the region. It achieves this by ensuring that the environment its people work in is safe and comfortable, thereby ensuring their happiness and well-being.
The Central Medical Facility is part of TRSDC’s effort to set a new standard by creating a full-service community in the Construction Village Housing Complex, which is intended to lead the way in setting a high level of living standards for construction workers across the region.
