Ahmed Al Shamsi has been appointed Group Chief Executive Officer of Trojan Construction Group, one of the region’s largest construction and infrastructure organizations.
Based in Abu Dhabi and part of Alpha Dhabi Holding, the group plays a pivotal role in delivering major projects across the UAE and international markets.
Al Shamsi brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning construction, infrastructure, oil and gas, and industrial sectors. He has led large-scale organizations across regional and global markets, with expertise in operational transformation and long-term value creation.
In his new role, he will drive the company’s next phase of growth, focusing on geographic expansion, operational excellence, and strengthening core capabilities while supporting national development priorities.
