Worley, an Australian contractor, has been awarded additional project management contracts by Aramco, taking in both domestic and international projects, including unconventional gas.
Worley will deliver front-end engineering and design, detailed design support, project management services, and construction management services under these three-year contracts from its offices in Houston and Al-Khobar.
New contracts cover gas projects in Saudi Arabia and out-of-Kingdom
“We are pleased Aramco has selected Worley for this program that is key to meeting the Kingdom’s growing energy needs. We look forward to continuing our longstanding global relationship with Aramco and supporting its assets’ long-term sustainability goals while remaining committed to delivering a more sustainable world,” said Worley chief executive Chris Ashton.
Worley has previously supported Aramco’s domestic offshore projects, including the Zuluf, Safaniyah and Manifa fields for two decades.
